Man arrested following police operation in New Norfolk
Sunday, 25 May 2025 – 6:00 pm.
Police have taken a 32-year-old man from the Derwent Valley safely into custody for family violence matters following a targeted police operation this afternoon.
The operation involved the dedicated efforts of highly trained officers from specialist units and culminated in the arrest of a man in New Norfolk about 1.30pm.
Police would like to thank the members of the public for their support and patience during the operation.
