Impaired driving is one of the main causes of serious and fatal collisions on ACT roads. People who drink and drive place other road users, their passengers and themselves at significant risk when they get behind the wheel.

All ACT Policing officers will continue to target those drivers who choose to ignore the well-known laws regarding impaired driving – as these nine drivers consider how they will get to work and social events now their licences have been suspended.
